Discuss your project before ordering
Work begins only after payment and agreement on your project. No cancellation or refund for personal reasons once mold-making starts. Inspect on arrival and report problems within 24 hours. Embedded electronics have no ongoing commercial warranty after arrival acceptance. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
Custom head and body in skin-textured silicone, finished in the agreed color with makeup and hair styling. Standard head/body configuration and the agreed skeleton, hair, eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes and standing feet are included.
Heating; vibration + suction; and preset sound. Other functions cost extra and must be agreed before production. Custom voice chips are available only for a single order exceeding 500 units.
3D design, 3D printing, a dedicated mold and one finished doll. Standard human proportions below 200cm qualify for this price; unusually large or complex designs require a separate quote.
A confidentiality agreement, exclusive mold rights and standard finished-doll shipping to supported destinations. Remote-area fees and separate mold shipping are extra; destination-specific taxes are confirmed before acceptance.
Send clear facial photos or video and height, bust, waist, hips, leg length and arm length. Height should be accurate; other proportions can be estimated from photos. Feasible dimensions and permitted tolerances are agreed individually before accepting the order.
We create the 3D design and send it for your review. Design-stage revisions are free until approval. Printing and mold-making begin only after you approve the 3D design.
The approved design is 3D printed and used to make your dedicated mold. Changes remain free before the mold is completed, subject to feasibility. Once completed, structural changes require a separately paid new custom project.
We cast the silicone and finish the doll. Makeup follows the reference look agreed before application. Revisions are available to match that reference, rather than switching to a different makeup style.
We send a video after each completed stage. Final dispatch follows your finished-doll video approval and full payment. Estimated production is around 60 days, excluding review, response, extra revision and shipping time.
This adult-doll service accepts adult likenesses only; celebrity likenesses are not accepted. If the subject is someone other than you, you must explicitly confirm their authorization. Contact us separately about non-adult anatomical-free display-model projects. We aim to reproduce the agreed likeness, but photos, materials and craftsmanship affect the result; an exact match is not guaranteed. Pay US$9,000 in full or US$6,000 initially, with US$3,000 due within 15 days after final approval. Nothing ships until fully paid. Before mold-making starts, cancellation refunds deduct completed work: US$1,500 for completed 3D design and US$500 for completed 3D printing. Unstarted stages are not charged. Once mold-making starts, cancellation and refunds for personal reasons are not accepted; shipment also ends the voluntary cancellation window. Overdue balances and mold handling follow your signed agreement. Your private likeness will not be sold without separate explicit authorization.
The mold is exclusively yours and cannot be used for others without authorization. We store it free for six months; storage can continue while you place an order every month. Before the term ends we contact you to arrange return, recorded destruction or continued storage. Mold shipping is quoted separately. Repeat orders pay only the finished-product production cost. We bear mold aging or damage while it is held at our factory, not after it has been transferred into your care.
Before production we sign a confidentiality agreement covering your photos, videos, measurements and 3D files. Without separate consent, these materials and your custom design are not used on our website, social media or in case studies.
Standard finished-doll shipping is included only to supported destinations. Tax coverage is confirmed before accepting your project. Where the carrier requires the recipient to pay import charges—for example, Brazil or Chile—we explain this in advance. Remote-area charges are not included and are quoted in advance. Shipping your mold separately is also extra. Transit time is additional to production.
Inspect promptly and report transport damage, significant deviation from the agreed dimensions/tolerances or non-working electronics within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/video. Once verified, we make and send an identical replacement at no product or shipping cost to you. After electronics are accepted as working on arrival, there is no ongoing commercial electronics warranty: the components are embedded and cannot be repaired through our service. Eligible outer-skin repair tools, tutorials and parts support remain available under our store policy. These terms do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
